What this policy covers?

"Cyberhedge", "we", "us", and "our" refers to Cyberhedge EUROPE S.a.r.l and any of our corporate affiliates, including Cyberhedge US Inc.

What data do we collect?

Our webpages may collect anonymized visitor information including clickstreams and usage histories.

Cyberhedge services are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Cyberhedge with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • Register online to receive information from us or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • If provided by your employer in the process of providing services to you via your employment
  • If you apply for a job or position via a third party, for example the Luxembourg Unemployment Office (ADEM), and they forward your information to us.

In addition, as you interact with our website, we will automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. How will we use your data?

Cyberhedge collects your data so that we can

  • We do not share your data with our partner companies. However, when processing your order, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How we store and secure information we collect?

Our company securely stores you data at various locations. Electronic data is stored using various cloud providers. Data is stored encrypted, and also encrypted in transit (with the exception of email communications). Access to the data is controlled by role-based configuration of the cloud provider's services.

Physically recorded data is stored in locking cabinets in a secured room. Access to the cabinets, the room, the building floor, and the building is controlled by a multi-level security system requiring personalized tokens for access at each security level. Additionally, the building has a guard service.

Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group.
